TRAINING: 

TAEKWON-DO HYUNG PRACTICE THEN A LIGHT KETTLEBELL STRETCH SESSION WITH 24KG. A FEW GETUPS, WINDMILLS, AND ARM-BARS

NUTRITION: 

7am-

2 green tea caps

1000mg vitamin C

1 tbsp coconut oil

1230pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

(taking care of some leftovers)

about and 8oz leftover grass-fed hamburger with homemade primal mayo

about 8oz of leftover grilled sirloin

5000iu vitamin D

9pm-

Didn't feel like cooking tonight, but didn't want to eat junk. The best option is the Mongolian grills. It does not have to be a disaster. 

Filled a giant bowl with tons of beef, spinach, cilantro, green onions, broccoli, and topped with a bunch of red cabbage instead of noodles. Drenched it in curry, ginger, minced garlic, red pepper flake, and sesame oil (the oil is the only really suspicious part...I suspect it is probably come cheaper oil like canola oil or something instead of real sesame)

It was pretty spicy, so I actually did wash it down with a Bud light.
