10 FAST ROUNDS OF FORWARD AND BACKWARDS 50FT CRAWLS AND SETS OF PULLUPS

(The crawls were still slow and deliberate. There just wasn't any rest between exercises.)

10 MINUTES OF 2-ARM SWINGS AT 10RPM W/40KG

NUTRITION:

730am-

caffeine/green tea

1020am (after workout)

2 scoops Carnivor protein with 1 tbsp coconut palm sugar

4000mg fish oil

1230pm-

2 BCAA caps

1 tbsp coconut oil

4pm-

After riding with Mom and Dad we snacked on some pistacios and tons of jerky. However, they were kind enough to open a bag of chips and present that as an option before the healthy stuff. Of course I couldn't resist a handful. 

830pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

big chunk of grassfed pot roast and a huge spinach, avocado and kale salad

4000mg fish oil

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6
