Started my 5,000 snatches in 5 weeks project. I do this every year at this time. I have to start one week early this year due to a trip at the end of next month.

16 Taekwon-Do hyungs, alternated with 24kg snatches.

About 4oz of smoked salmon

a couple thick strips of bacon

5000iu vitamin D

1300mg Siberian ginseng

 

4pm-

2.5 scoops Jack3d

 

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

Huge spinach salad with 2 large chicken breasts, a whole large avocado, 2 Roma tomatoes, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, red onion, raw sunflower seeds, and EVOO and vinegar dressing

4000mg fish oil

cod liver oil
