I have been craving fried rice all week. We went to a Thai restaurant last night and I got a huge plate of fried rice with shrimp and pineapple, and washed it down with Singha. 

This is the a paleo-plus meal. Meaning, what a caveman would have eaten...plus what he would have eaten if he'd had access to Thai cusine and beer. 

I can handle something like this about once per week, but anything more than that and it starts to show in performance, in the mirror, and on the scale.
