Went to lunch at a Korean BBQ in Boise. I noticed the place as I drove by the night before and decided to try it, knowing that Korean BBQ is typically pretty paleo-friendly, because corn, wheat and soy just weren't that big a part of a traditional Korean diet.
Had some kimchi, and some bulgogi with some white rice. We also had some spring rolls, which were just a lettuce leaf wrapped around some smaller chopped veggies, with a very thin rice flour wrap around it. Despite not eating anything since about 8pm the night before, I could still barely finish it all. Very paleo-friendly.
I did take 4000mg of fish oil with it.
9pm-
Snacked on some stuff jalapenos, a few handfuls of a nut mix and some jerky. Not very hungry after lunch. I typically don't eat a ton in the day.
