(Hardest workout of the week. Absolutely nothing left tonight. It took me 5 minutes to put my shoes on afterwards).

handful of jerky

handful of raw almonds

4000mg fish oil

cod liver oil

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 8oz of leftover steak

2 eggs cooked in coconut oil

4000mg fish oil

cod liver oil

vitamin E

530pm-

3 scoops Cardio Igniter

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 generous glasses of red wine

huge chunk of grilled wild salmon

about 2 cups of jasmine rice

huge salad with the typical ingredients, with homemade dressing

cod liver oil

About 1130pm I will hit the ZMA and melatonin
