3 BCAA caps (actually, these are beef liver caps, but the main benefit is the aminos)

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

giant chunk of local, grassfed beef pot roast

whole bunch of steamed broccoli and kale with lemon and butter

2 giant baked potatoes with sour cream and tons of butter

red wine

fish oil

12am-

Zn, Mg, B6
