Total Fat: 280gr (2,520 calories) - 60% of calories

Total Protein: 265gr (1060 calories) - 25% of calories

Total Carbohydrate: 160gr (640 calories) - 15% of calories.

Huge spinach salad (whole mixing bowl), with a whole avocado, whole large broccoli crown, bunch of cherry tomatoes, raw sunflower seeds, kalamata olives, cucumber, drenched in homemade EVOO and basalmic vinegar dressing

1 large baked potato with butter and sour cream
