5/3/1 DEADLIFTS...Staying the course, even if it means a little restraint and patience.

NUTRITION:

8am-

200mg caffeine/green tea

10am-

Had to stop to get dog food @ D&B, and I grabbed a small bag of jerky because I wasn't going to train early, and it just looked good!

3.25oz jerky...some kind of "Cowboy" brand that only had 2gr sugar.

2 liver caps

230pm-

Running late...had to grab something fast. It turned out to be eating 1/2 a rotisserie chicken from Walmart with 4000mg of fish oil and 5000mg vitamin D

430pm-

200mg caffeine/green tea, preworkout

7pm-

500mg vitamin C

2 liver caps

10pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

2 huge grassfed hamburgers wrapped in lettuce (probably about 1lb of meat)

giant baked sweet potato with grated Romano cheese, tons of Kerrygold butter, some Himalayan salt and red pepper flake.

3000mg fish oil (probably not needed, due to the grassfed beef and butter)

12am-

I will take my 4 ZMA caps

(same as magnesium and zinc)
