TRAPBAR DEADLIFTS (Emphasizing volume and reduced rest intervals).

10 X 5 @ 315 (60 seconds rest between sets) 

SEESAW PRESSES

8 X 5 W/24KG

New set at the top of each minute for 8 minutes, about a 60/40 work:rest interval. 

NUTRITION: 

Still fighting a cold, so a few cold meds on board. 

9am-

1 tbsp MCT oil

1 scoop Carnivor protein

handful of raw almonds

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

12pm-

3 BCAA caps

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 1/2lb of leftover bison burger with 2 fried eggs on top, with Frank's Red Sauce.

handful of raw almonds

about 1oz of emmentaler cheese

4000mg fish oil

4pm-

1 scoop GAT Nitraflex

7pm-

3 BCAA caps

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

big chunk of broiled wild salmon

huge spinach, kale and avocado salad with homemade dressing

About 1130pm I will hit the Zn, Mg, and B6.
