SICK/REST DAY
NUTRITION:
Cheat meal Friday night of Chelada beer and chips with guacamole. Minimized damage here by eating gluten free and organic stuff, but it was still junk food.
Saturday: Family get-together. Luckily, I have an uncle that makes incredible ribs. I pigged out on these. We later went to the River Room at Whole Foods and I had some gluten free vegetarian pizza. Another cheat meal. This is not a problem, since the training program I am on is making me ridiculously hungry and the carbs are not a big problem at this point.
Sunday: 24hr water fast. Saturday night a really nasty cold/flu hit me and I didn't feel like eating or anything. Did some chores around the house and was lazy for the rest of the day. I finally made myself snack on some almonds and blueberries about 10pm.
Monday:
