In hotel globogym hell in Reno. 

3 rounds of max incline sprints on the treadmill, then about 15 minutes of Hindu pushups and pullups (at least they had a good pullup bar!)

NUTRITION:

As with all trips, nutrition kind of goes south. No matter how well you plan it and how careful you are about meal selections, mystery oils and excessive salt are everywhere. The only real cheat meal was a bunch of sushi and Asahi Friday night and a small bag of salt and vinegar chips on Sunday. It is just all the salt and yuckiness. I am 4lbs heavier today. 

Back to strict nutrition today:

7am-

200mg caffeine

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

4 Italian sausages with hot mustard

raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

4pm-

1 scoop GNC 4x Igniter

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge chunk of grilled grassfed steak

bowl of steamed broccoli with butter and some grated asiago cheese

fish oil

cod liver oil

1130pm-

Zn. Mg, B6, melatonin
