NUTRITION LOG:

Strict except for 7/30 at night I had some Corona, and tortilla chips and guacamole! Been waiting all month for this and it was worth the 4lbs of water weight I packed around the next day. 

Nutrition on 08/01 was more like normal, except for the non-paleo jasmine rice I needed for the glycogen refill. 

08/01

7am-

200mg caffeine

Korean ginseng

130pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge chunk of leftover grassfed steak (ate it right off the bone)

handful of raw almonds

handful of blueberries

4 strips of bacon

Siberian ginseng

fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

345pm-

300mg caffeine

445pm (sipped amino solution during workout)

930pm-

1 tbsp cconut oil

huge stir fry with lots of chicken breast and tons of vegetables over about 2 cups of jasmine rice

fish oil

cod liver oil

about 11pm I will hit the Zn, B6, Mg, and melatonin
