TRAINING:

TAEKWON-DO: 16 HYUNGS, MIXED WITH SETS OF SQUATS, 300 SQUATS TOTAL

100 PUSHUPS (As part of normal warmups for classes. I usually don't even count these reps, but I guess I will for today.)

400 SQUATS, 100 PULLUPS, 100 PUSHUPS REMAIN FOR THE WEEK.

about 12 raw almonds

4000mg vitamin D

2pm-

About 6oz of flank steak

3 eggs

3 strips of bacon

300mg caffeine

730pm-

1 bananas

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

Tons and tons of grilled vegetables, pineapple and shrimp on skewers
