MY REMAINING 75 PULLUPS AND A TON OF HINDU PUSHUPS BETWEEN IN BETWEEN TAEKWON-DO HYUNG INTERVALS. 

NUTRITION:

about 6oz of leftover steak

handful of raw almonds

11am-

3 BCAA caps

2pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

several strips of bacon with a whole avocado sliced up and made into bacon and avocado sandwiches (just bacon and avocado)

handful of a mixed nut mix that I made with raw almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds

fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

4pm-

300mg caffeine

7pm-

3 BCAA caps

930pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

huge salad with a chicken breast, spinach, kale, a shredded carrot, zucchini, red onion, red cabbage, and 2 strips of bacon cut up.

1 banana 

fish oil

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
