SEVERAL EASY SETS OF PRESSES WITH THE 24KG KETTLEBELL WHILE DOING GYM CHORES

30 MINUTES OF TAEKWON-DO BASIC TECHNIQUE

200mg caffeine/green tea

1 scoop Paleo Protein

130pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

about 6oz of leftover steak

4 eggs fried in coconut oil 

handful of homemade nut mix

fish oil

vitamin D

430pm-

200mg caffeine/green tea

930pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

huge chuck of grassfed beef (giant sirloin tip, that was more like a roast. Awkward to cook, but it worked OK)

whole bunch of grilled zucchini spears with various seasonings

spinach and red cabbage salad with 1/2 an avocado and a bunch of misc. veggies and some nuts mixed in

fish oil

11pm-
