Went to dinner at a BBQ place after training, because I am trying to make better ribs at home and it is a good way to learn. Also, BBQ is one of the few things my wife and I can actually both eat at restaurants and not feel horrible.
Got a pile of ribs in a dry rub and some sausage and hot mustard. No sugary sauces.
Double order of steamed broccoli for a side.
While I got more questionable oils and meat from unknown sources here, this wasn't a nutritional disaster either. The only real problem was the 1800 on the rocks with dinner, but at least no beer or a bunch of sugar.
