200mg caffeine/green tea

1 tbsp MCT oil

2 scoops MHP Paleo Protein

2pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil and 1 tbsp coconut oil

about 8oz of leftover steak

handful of raw almonds and a handful of raw coconut flake

fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

430pm-

200mg caffeine/green tea

9pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

huge organic spinach and kale salad with:

2 grilled chicken breasts (always cage free, organic chicken)

1/2 giant avocado

a whole shredded carrot

handful of raw sunflower seeds

bunch of mushrooms

fish oil

about 11pm Zn, Mg, B6
