2 roma tomatoes

huge amount of kalamata olives

about 12oz of grilled steak

about 8oz of dry, red wine

3000mg flaxseed oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

 

1130pm-

will take 3 ZMA caps and 3mg melatonin
