TURKISH GETUPS: 16KG-48KG X 2.

5PM-

16 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS.

NUTRITION:

730am-(preworkout)

200mg caffeine with green tea

10am-(postworkout)

2 scoops Aftershock

handful of raw almonds

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 rack of leftover BBQ ribs

about 2oz of 88% pure dark chocolate dipped in almond butter

about 1oz of swiss cheese

4pm-

2 scoops Jack3D

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

big chunk of grilled steak and huge salad, with the usual, spinach, kale, broccoli, green onion, avocado, raw sunflower seeds, tomato, homemade dressing...)
