Progress photo: wt 228# Almost done with 3 weeks of all the Tabatas. Expect to feel a ton stronger when I stop it after 2 more training sessions of it, even though I seem to add muscle when I do them. Been doing them mostly fasted early in the day. I think there definitely is something to the notion that it stimulates growth hormone, because I have to really watch what I eat or I will be over 230 in a second.
