20-hour fast, and then a huge amount of BBQ, no sauce. All dry rub, brisket, pulled pork, sausage and pork spare ribs.

2 servings of a cucumber salad.

Washed it down with a little lager, but I'll tell you, after a 20-hour fast, I couldn't handle much.

945am-(postworkout, 1st meal)

About 8oz of leftover steak

3 large eggs cooked in coconut oil

Bunch of aparagus spears, cooked in coconut oil

huge salad with romain lettuce, cucumber, green onions and artichoke hearts, with homemade EVOO and basalmic vinegar dressing

huge baked potato with butter and sour cream.

2000iu vitamin D

 

Will hit some roobios tea, ZMA and melatonin later.
