TRAINING:
Few hours of hiking in some steep country with the dog.
NUTRITION:
Drank a couple no sugar Rockstars today, and mostly did a fast. I snacked on some nuts, jerky and pepperoni during the day, but mostly fueled on MCT oil and some caffeine.
Didn't have much appetite that evening and just ate a bunch of leftover chicken thighs and sipped some Michelob Ultra. Not perfect, I know, but a great day.
