2 large grilled chicken breasts cut up in a huge spinach salad with bleu cheese dressing
2 baked potatoes with tons of butter and red pepper flake
1 whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper
3 squares of 88% pure organic chocolate
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

About 1130, I'll take 3mg of melatonin, 3 ZMA capsules and some roobios tea
