Had to hit Mongo's in Meridian again. Stuck to meat, vegetables and clear sauces. Lots of garlic, curry, ginger and lemon sauces. 1 cup of white rice.

huge ground elk burger on lettuce with pepperjack cheese melted on top

huge salad with every veggie in the house and homemade dressing
