NUTRITION:

Strict nutrition all days. Carb refuel on 2/19 w/2 cups white rice.

Evening weight has been hovering at about 222lbs.

Not much appetite at all on 2/21, so it was just some Paleo Protein, coconut oil and almonds early, a handful of jerky, some coconut oil and almonds around 330pm, and then a big steak and huge salad about 9pm.
