NUTRITION: 01/28

8am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

50gr Carnivore protein

raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

130pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

3 grilled brats with spicy mustard. Not a huge Whole Foods fan, but they do have an awesome meat department with some amazing bacon and brats. These were some local beer brats.

small bowl filled with blueberries and raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge chunk of broiled wild salmon (Out of lemons! Improvised with some lemon pepper salt and granulated garlic sprinkled on the fish. Wrapped it in foil and baked for about 10 minutes at 400, then peeled open the foil and broiled it for about 5 minutes on high about 8" from the broiler. Made it nice and crispy on top. I should add that I brushed the entire fish down with some melted coconut oil before seasoning it and let it sit for about 10 minutes prior to cooking.)

My typical huge spinach, broccoli, avocado, nuts, artichoke heart, and homemade vinagrette dressing.

Large baked potato with butter and sour cream.

12am-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
