NUTRITION:

Not totally strict paleo today. This will be my cheat for the week. 

1120am-

50gr Syntha 6 protein

huge handful of raspberries

huge handful of raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

About 4oz of lox and a whole huge avocado spread on some almond and rice flour crackers. 

(These crackers appear in the store to be made with almond, you would assume almond flour or something. Upon further review you find the main ingredients are rice flour and potato starch and of course some other junk, with an unknown amount of almond. At least no wheat, but just be warned. Will be skipping these in the future.)

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

Stacey was craving sushi tonight and brought home some from Fred Meyer. Not the worst sushi sometimes, really, but not the best. But, at 9pm in Canyon County your options for sushi are very limited.
