THE LONGER I PUT OFF EATING DURING THE DAY, THE LESS HUNGRY I AM AT DINNER LOL! HAD A HUGE LUNCH AND THEN NOTHING UNTIL THIS EVENING AND I AM JUST NOT VERY HUNGRY.....

NO SNACKS, NO CARBS (EXCEPT 3 GRAMS) DURING THE DAY. I AM FEELING SOOOOO MUCH BETTER LIKE THIS. I AM NOT INFLAMED AND AM NOT CONSTANTLY HAVING TO ADJUST MY CLOTHES TO "FIT" PROPERLY. IT IS SOOOO NICE. I ALSO GOT OVER 8 HRS SLEEP LAST NIGHT AND I THINK THAT MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN HOW I FELT......

I feel much better if I don't eat much in the day when I have lots to do. Basically, this is a principle from The Warrior Diet. I subscribe to lots of the same ideas. If I eat a bigger lunch I make sure I have plenty of time until I have to do something physical. Your body doesn't have to waste energy breaking down food. Once you get adapted to burning fat instead of sugar this feels pretty natural. I know also that fats and proteins are broken down faster during the digestion process than fibrous carbs. I try to avoid carbs in the day for that reason. I feel like I am carrying weight around if I eat them early.
