20KG: 1 TGU, 2 PULLUPS, 2 DIPS
24KG: 1 TGU, 3 PULLUPS, 3 DIPS
28KG: 1 TGU, 4 PULLUPS, 4 DIPS
32KG: 1 TGU, 5 PULLUPS, 5 DIPS
40KG: 1 TGU, 6 PULLUPS, 6 DIPS
REPEATED 5X.

Then 1 extra TGU with 32kg, 5 pullups and 5 dips.

31 total Getups, 110 pullups and 110 dips.
