This is something I was thinking about attempting. Had the studio all to myself tonight and went for it. It took about 75 minutes to get this whole workout done tonight. No slacking. Every technique was done as correctly and powerfully as possible. I drank an entire gallon of water during the workout and still ended up being 3 pounds lighter at the end of it. Through enough cheating this week I have been able to maintain weight at about 225lbs.
