big bowl of paleo kale chips-kale, salt, pepper, olive oil

not super hungry but really wanted my carbs for the day :)
1 c blackberries
1/2 banana
1c full fat coconut milk
greens----this was all blended up into a smoothie
magnesium
Exercise:
50 burpees and 50 goblet squats
Good energy all day
relaxed and took a couple of naps enjoying day off
