    • Large grilled chicken breast, coconut oil
    • Oven roasted fresh veggies cooked in coconut oil
    • Five Oberto classics pepperoni (gluten & MSG free)
    • Handful of marcona almonds
    • Black coffee
  • 4:00p - 10:00p:
    • 6oz grilled steak
    • Steamed Broccoli
    • Steamed Asparagus
    • Handful of pine nuts
