Workout:

2 sets of 7 minutes of half-getups @ 16kg (Rested 3 minutes between sets)

2 sets of 10 two handed swings @ 16kg

 

Nutrition:

 

Water:

One gallon, Brita filtered

 

8:00a - Noon:

Two organic eggs, olive oil, Mrs. Dash

Round roast, onions, garlic, ground mustard, cumin,  Mrs. Dash

Fresh mixed strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries

Iced black Americano

Multivitamin pack

 

Noon-4:00p:

Spinach salad with strawberries, apple & grilled chicken (no dressing).

Iced tea

Fresh mixed strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries

1 scoop blended protein

Mixed grapes

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

AfterGlow recovery protein

Chocolate protein bar (needed a treat)

Thanks!  Yeah.. I've noticed that when my coffee intake goes down, my water intake seems to go up.  I'm sure it's... um.. unrelated... Yeah, that's it... :)
