11am-
1 scoop Carnivor protein w/1 tbsp palm sugar (sugar is OK after fasted training)
handful of raw almonds
fish oil
2pm-
Got stuck eating out for lunch today. Had grilled chicken breast and grilled romaine hearts with bleu cheese and bacon crumbles. I also snacked on some kind of garlic french fries and fell like hell all day! Zero energy. Took 4000mg of fish oil later that day but it wasn't enough. This was basically all I had to eat the rest of the day, even after training that night.
