I have never tried elevating the deadlifts. I honestly don't think it is necessary until you start getting over 2x bodyweight. I think it also depends on where your sticking point is.
I think the deadlift, press and snatch thing is a great idea. How is your shoulder doing after all the presses and getups?
Ouch. That ladder schedule with that many getups sounds brutal. Let me know how it is working. Also, I got your message about the platform. Is that the one they talk about with the car tires?
I would go with Power to the People for deadlifts and presses, maybe three days per week. Work the snatch or swings after the deadlifts, in 5-10 minute sets, or manmakers.
I would maybe add weighted pullups in sets of 3-5 reps with your deadlifts and presses. That has worked for me.
