<p>Sorry I didn't catch this yesterday. Must have just missed it after the last time I'd checked. Looks like lunch and breakfast got cut off, but the macros are looking good. Are you using myfitnesspal? Or something else. It doesn't matter of course. They all do pretty much the same thing.</p>

<p>The protein grams loot better today, and not bad on the carbs. 3 lbs down the first few days is a great start! </p>
