2:00 - huge grilled chicken breast, 2 baked potatoes, 2,000iu vitamin D.



5:00 - preworkout:

2 scoops Jack3D, 1000mg maca root.



7:30 -postworkout:

2 homemade energy bars, with chocolate, coconut oil, almond, sunflower seeds, almonds.
