7 ladders 1-3 reps: 390 swings with 44lb, 42 presses, 10 of those were with the 35lb other 32 with 26lb. That's 2 more with the 35lb than I did on my 5 ladder day, so every ladder I'm doing more!!!! :)

3 Ladders 1-3 reps, 165 swings with 44lb, 18 presses, most of them with 26lb but also got the 35lb KB up there a couple times. Still struggling with that, but I know I won't be for long. I also practiced the push press with Coach with the 26lb and snatches, did 10L/10R. (I'm terrible at snatches)

Had to take 3 days off for illness, again! So warmup for 5mins TGUs with 26lb and 35lb KB. Then 21-16-9 1-arm thrusters right, then left, pullups (I did chair assisted pullups) workout came from
http://tacticalathlete.com/articles/?p=4174, then I added a 200yd run at then end. Now my legs feel like jello :)

I got this workout from
http://tacticalathlete.com/ but I modified mine a little and used much lower weight. Also I don't have a pull-up bar at my house so I had to go outside and use the monkey bars on the children's playground :) Anyways 5 rounds of: 10L/10R snatches with 26lb KB, 10 K2E (or in my case knees as high as I could get them), 100 run. It was quick and painful, my favorite kind of workout!
