9 Ladders: 90 presses, 306 swings and pressed the 35lb KB 3 times each side, finally!!!!!

1/27/11 Workout

Warm up: 5 mins of Turkish getups with 18lb, 26lb, and 35lb KB. Max rounds in 20 mins of: 5 squats (with dbl arm 26lb Kbs), 8 K2E, 12 swings (44lb KB), 12 snatches 6L/6R (with 26lb KB) 6 and 3/4 rounds completed. Then 100 swings: 50 1 arm swings 25L/25R with 26lb Kb and 50 with 44lb KB.

1/17/11 Workout

25 minutes of intensity. 3 rounds of swings pushups goblet squats and long cycle clean and press. Each excersice done for 30 seconds in a progression format.
30 second swing
30 second rest
30 second swing 30 second pushup
30 second rest
30 second swing 30 second pushup 30 second goblet squats
30 second rest
30 second swing 30 second pushup 30 second goblet squats 30 second LC clean n press
Rest 2 minutes and repeat

1/13/11 Workout

21 Reverse lunges with 26lb KB held in rack position, each leg. Then 21 ring rows, 21 pushups. All three of these exercises repeated: Then 18 if ea, then 15 of ea, then 12 of ea, then 9 of ea. Then I asked coach what a burpee pullup was so I did 15 of those last night too.

Max rounds in 20 mins: 5L/5R snatches, 5 burpees, 15 swings. 9 rounds completed (my goal was 10 rounds oh well) Snatches with 26lb KB and swings with 44lb KB.

1/8/11 Workout

3 Ladders 1-3 reps: 18 presses with 26lb and 35lb KB and 180 swings with 44lb KB. Since 3 ladders only takes 18mins, I also did 5L/5R snatches, ran up and down my stairs 10 times, 15 swings, ran up and down stairs 10 times, 5L/5R snatches, etc etc....for 15mins straight.

Totally slacked off during the holidays :( and couldn't bring my kettlebells on the airplane (haha) so this is what I made up for myself today.....Warmup 1/2mile hike in Utah country, 5 rounds: of 30 step-ups 30 pushups 30 jump squats. Took me 23 mins 14 sec. (those pushups got hard at the end) Be back in Boise tomorrow with my Kettlebells :)
