Deadlift 315x5, 295x5

Single dumbbell press 60x4, 55x5

Pull-up 45x5, 45x5

Felt focused but somewhat hungry. I really need to eat more. Deadlifts felt easier than previous workout. pullups were easier as well. time to move up or add a set.

Deadlift 305x5, 275x5

Standing Barbell Press 105x5, 105x5

Pull-up 45x5, 45x5

Squat 155x5, 135x5

Sets and exercises were 3-4 minutes apart. Pull-ups were done with a dumbbell weight held betwee the knees. Deadlifts were done at 90% of first set.

Felt weak today. Was as focused as a squirrel. Maybe it was my weak diet for the day but I know I drank plenty of water. Work was…
