**In the last few days since I have blogged, nutritionally there was some good, bad & ugly (a pint of coconut macaroon ice cream in one sitting, anyone?). Yesterday (Monday), I completed my very first 24hr fast. I've done up to 19hrs before and several 14-16hr fasts, but never a full 24.
