Breakfast:

a little left over eggs w/italian saus and mozz cheese

3 turkey saus

coffee with sf syrup

 

Lunch:

amylou chicken patty with mixed veggied

another 1/2 slice of the delicious apple pie....I'm done with work for the week so there will be no more partaking of said pie!

 

handful of almonds

beef jerky

 

Workout:

10 sets of 10 reps of double kb squats on the min

10 sets of 10 reps of sumo…

Breakfast:

Left over scrambled eggs with italian sausage and mozz cheese

 

Lunch:

Amylou chicken patty with brocc/caulif. mix

1/2 slice of homeade apple pie ( a patient brought this in today and it was TO DIE FOR! Sooooooo yummy!)

 

Workout:

Ran 4 miles.....1st time in awhile that my ITband didn't bother me. Yay for foam rolling! :)

 

Dinner:

Taco salad without the chips

Breakfast:

Fiber-one bar

1/2 cup of coffee from Dutch(saving the other half for tomorrow)

 

Lunch:

Idaho Pizza Company salad bar

Did have one "piece" of pizza....just the toppings not the crust

 

WORKOUT:
6 ladders w/ 35

 

Dinner:

Ground beef with lettuce and a little cheddar cheese

 

3 handfuls of popcorn

Breakfast:

Lunch:

The office ordered in chinese food today. I had some left over broc and cauliflower that I mixed in with about 2 spoonfuls of pork fried rice, had about 4 pieces of mand chicken and some vegetable stir-fry. I LOVE chinese food but felt satisfied with all the veggies I threw in there too!

 

Several small pieces of choc.

Breakfast:

3 turk saus

 

Had a deep tissue massage and chiro. treatment this morning. Really worked me over. Thought that I would be ok to go work out afterwards but soon discovered that my body was telling me otherwise. As I write this I have a heat pack on my lower back. I am SO ready to get all of this worked out so that I can get on with working out hard!

So my workout really wasn't much.....did 3 min sets of LC Clean and jerk with Carrie....then did 100 hindu…

1/2 can of chicken mixed with mayo and cucumbers

about 3 bites of my girls' corn dog

 

WORKOUT:

Practiced long cycle clean and jerk with Carrie

 

Dinner:

Hot dog from Costco minus the bun

 

3 pieces of valentine candy

A very sweet lady who is a baker brought in homeade eclairs to the office today. I had about 1/4 of one of them. Actually very proud of myself that I didn't have more. They were sinfully delicious!

10 sets of 10 elevated sumo…

Dinner:

Had a Valentines banquet tonight at church. Ended up being my cheat meal. The food was just too good to pass up! Pulled pork, cheesy potatoes, baked beans, cole slaw, and cherry cheese cake. I did try to keep my portions really small but it was very yummy!

Since I am taking it easy on the running I went on a brisk 20 min walk this morning

Ran with my sis tonight. Ran her pace but still enjoyed myself. I think that pace was a little friendlier to my knee.

Workouts for 1-31 and 2-1

Just going to post workouts for the past two days.

 

Tues:

30 min on treadmill at full incline

10 min of slow push-ups/clapping push-ups

 

Wed:

10 sets of 10 reps of double kb squats on the minute

10 sets of 10 reps of elevated sumo deadlifts on the minute

walking lunges

 

Ok.....gonna be honest! I HATE THIS WORKOUT! HATE HATE HATE! That being said I know it's working me hard core so I will continue it and do so…
