DEADLIFTS/KETTLEBELL PRESSES

4 X 3. ALL DEADLIFTS @ 405LBS. ALL PRESSES WITH 40KG KETTLEBELL.



20 BURPEE PULLUPS...(Focusing on full ROM, with divebomber pushup at bottom, full squat up and down, and chest to bar pullup. 5 reps takes almost a minute doing them this way.)
