A very sweet lady who is a baker brought in homeade eclairs to the office today. I had about 1/4 of one of them. Actually very proud of myself that I didn't have more. They were sinfully delicious!

That's it. I did them with max power, so that is a great workout, but reducing the volume does make me feel like a slacker. I definitely feel the difference working up to the 48kg this week. I took today off of external resistance.
