5 egg omelette with sausage and cheese
1 banana
300mg fish oil
2,000iu vitamin D

530-preworkout
2 scoops Jack3D
1,000mg maca root

1030pm (Serious cheat meal)
22oz IPA
1 large chicken breast with barbecue sauce
whole bunch of extra crispy tater tots dipped in barbecue sauce

This will definitely be my carb cheat of the week.
