600-postworkout
1 banana
2 handfuls of raw almonds

10pm-
Huge bunch of homemade tacos with grassfed ground beef, one whole avocado and corn tortillas.
Had to wash this down with some Pacifico.
2000mg fish oil

1130pm (About)
I will take 3 ZMA capsules and 3mg melatonin
