Stopped by Sofia and Mike McKibben's houswarming party...was greeted with a shot of some awesome tequila and a beer. I cannot turn down a good tequila from good people.

1 whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper

huge spinach salad with tomato, onion and vinaigrette dressing

1 large broccoli crown

2000mg fish oil
