6pm-postworkout
20gr whey protein
2 large bananas

I didn't eat anything after this. I was so tired after all this I didn't feel like cooking anything and just vegetated on the couch when I got home about 10pm.

I kept kicking myself for not eating, but for some reason I just wasn't hungry.
