9am-
32gr whey protein
600mg fish oil

130pm-
grassfed beef hamburger wrapped in lettuce with tomato
little but of summer sausage with cheddar cheese
handful of almonds
chunk of dark chocolate
3 small tomatoes
600mg fish oil
2,000iu vitamin D

4pm-preworkout
2 scoops Hemo Rage
648mg Korean ginseng
648mg Siberian ginseng

6pm-postworkout
50gr whey protein with cinnamon
2 bananas

10pm-
whole bunch of pan cooked tilapia with lime and sliced tomato
whole bunch of grilled zucchini spears with salt, pepper and parmesean cheese
2 liver cleanse capsules
